CyberTAN Technology recruits local employees as a priority where the business is. The local hiring rate has reached 90% and above. CyberTAN Technology abides by the applicable laws and regulations of the government authorities and has never hired child labor; if the Company hires foreigners, it will process the recruitment in accordance with the local regulations. On the work location distribution, there are more than 17% of the employees who are based in the business location in Taiwan, and the rest of the 83% are distributed across the USA, China, Vietnam and so on regions.
